Common use

Femalefil contains Tadalafil, a medication commonly used to treat sexual dysfunction issues in women. Tadalafil belongs to a group of drugs known as Phosphodiesterase Type 5 or PDE5 inhibitors, which help improve blood flow to certain areas of the body.

Dosage and direction

Using Femalefil is simple, but the right dosage is essential for the best results. Take one tablet orally with water. Swallow the tablet whole without breaking or chewing it for the best effect. Avoid taking more than the prescribed Femalefil dosage and allow at least 24 hours between doses.

Precautions

Femalefil is not recommended in pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Caution is advised in sickle cell anemia, severe liver and kidney problems, multiple myeloma and leukemia.
Alcohol consumption is advised against while using Femalefil, as it may reduce the effectiveness of the medication or increase side effects.

Contraindications

Femalefil is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to Tadalafil. It is also contraindicated in patients with certain cardiovascular conditions, when sexual activity is not advised, and patients having non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy and pulmonary hypertension.

Possible side effect

Side effects of Femalefil: Headache; Indigestion; Back pain; Muscle aches; Flushes; Stuffy and runny nose; Mild dizziness.

Drug interaction

Femalifil may interact with certain medications, especially nitrates or blood pressure drugs. Avoid taking medications for angina (nitrates), antibiotics (erythromycin), anticonvulsants (phenytoin), antifungals (ketoconazole) and medications for pulmonary hypertension (riociguat). Always inform your doctor about any other medications you are taking.

Missed dose

If you miss a dose of Femalefil, take it as soon as you remember. But, if the next dose is near, skip the missed dose and resume the regular dosing regime.

Overdose

Overdose of Femalefil is capable of vision loss, changes in vision colour, blurred vision, ringing in ears, an erection that lasts longer. These symptoms need to be managed as an emergency in a hospital setting. Therefore, strict adherence to the prescribed dose is essential.

Storage

Store Femalefil at room temperature (20-25°C) in a dry place, away from light and moisture, and out of reach of children.
