Returns & Refunds:


We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with the product. Contact us first to receive a return shipping address. Once we receive and inspect the returned package, we will process your refund (minus any applicable shipping fees).


Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, opened or used medications cannot be accepted for return or refund except in cases covered by our Delivery Guarantee.


Chargeback Policy

Important: Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in:
