Estradiol Valerate USP should be taken exactly as prescribed. The medicine is injected deeply into the upper, outer quadrant of your muscle. Special care should be taken when administering the drug. Use a dry needle and syringe to keep the solution from becoming cloudy. Estrogen should be used at the lowest dose possible.
Before using the medicine, inspect it for discoloration or particulate matter. The solution is colorless to pale yellow.
