Why is this medication prescribed?
Tadacip (Tadalafil) is used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.
During sexual stimulation, Tadacip (Tadalafil) enables the penis to fill with enough blood to cause an erection.
It is blocking an enzyme called phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE-5) inhibitor. This helps the smooth muscles in the penis to relax and widen, which allows for more blood to enter.
It has recently been approved for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension.

How should this medicine be used?
You should take one tablet (10mg or 20mg) daily.
What side effects can this medication cause?
The most common side effects include: headache myalgia (muscle pain) upset stomach following meals back pain
What special precautions should I follow?
Sexual stimulation is required for Tadacip (Tadalafil) to be effective.
Tell your doctor if you have if you have cardiac disease, then sexual activity is inadvisable.
Tell your doctor if you have cardiovascular disease.
